Athlete training for 7s to 20s - Mondays and Wednesdays
Any athlete who arrives to training after the coach has completed warm up for a particular event may be denied coaching for that session. Please ensure that you arrive to training on time. The reasons are: risk of injury, coaches have a duty of care to ensure all athletes are safe and all too often athletes who arrive late have missed the key drills and skills that are important for the event.
COACHING
Monday 10 November
• 5pm - 6pm - Pete 7’s to 20’s (Track) Short to Middle distance.
• 5pm – 5.30pm – Martin (Shot put)
• 5.30pm to 6.pm – Martin (Discus)
• 5pm to 5.45pm – Alex (Long Jump)
• 5.45pm to 6.00pm Alex – 11’s to 20’s (Triple Jump) (must also do long jump)
• 6pm to 7pm – Paul 11’s to 20’s (Javelin).
Wednesday 12 November
• 5.30pm to 6.00pm – Pete (Track Long Distance endurance) 700m to 3km,
• 6.00pm to 6.30pm – Pete (Track Hurdles)
• 6.30pm to 7.00pm – Pete (Track Short distance to middle)
• 6.00pm to 6.30pm – Wayne (Shot Put)
• 6.30pm to 7.00pm – Wayne (Discus)
Friday 14 November – Plus Mixed Relay Baton Coaching
• Javelin – 11’s to 12’s Coaching - After track has finished
FRIDAYS 6.00PM START- Parents and athletes arrive before 5.45pm. Parents who are volunteering as age managers, track or field officials, starters, timekeepers or helping at the finish line need to sign on and collect an orange safety vest.

Open to all registered athletes from 7's to 15's
Registration pack collection and uniform sales will not be available whilst the athletes are competing. Pick up day Fridays from 5.30pm to 5.45pm
Registrations opened 1 August for the 2025-26 season. We can't wait to see our Holroyd family back for another fun season of athletics and look forward to welcoming new athletes to join in the family, fun and fitness.
